One of my favourite snacks is a Bak Hoo sandwhich with some mayonaise. Bak Hoo is really versatile and goes with bread, porridge or rice and can be sprinkled on just about anything. It is usually made of finely shredded dried meat. It is usually pork, chicken or even fish.
In the old cinemas you could buy a hot bun with BBQ pork( Bak Kua) or bak hoo with some gravy. Beats pop corn anytime.
