Loh Bak

Loh Bak is a mixture of food you can pick which will be quickly deep fried for you as a side dish. You can pick from prawn cakes, cuttlefish, 100 year old eggs, yam, fish or chicken etc. It comes with 2 dips, a chilly dip and a slimy loh/starch dip.

Here you can see the 2 sauces that come with this side dish. A sweet chilly sauce and a sticky starchy sauce called "loh" hence the name "loh bak" where "bak" means meat.
