To my personal taste, my favorite Hokkien Mee is at:
New Cathay Coffee Shop (in Pulau Tikus)
425E, Burmah Road
(directly opposite to Belissa Row's Segafredo)
The chefs (husband & wife team) have their Hokkien Mee featured at numerous local delicacy events, as well as, in local newspapers. Besides, Hokkien Mee, they also have Loh Mee, since some people a mix of soup & starch.
A MUST TRY FOR ANY HOKKIEN MEE LOVER !!
Went to Penang for Chinese New Year and I loved the Hokkien Prawn Mee! Mmmmm... Delicious! Will surely go back there!
