Tambun Seafood : Steamed Siput with Garlic and Chilly

Ah the sauce is so sweet once the shells are steamed with diced ginger, green chilly, lime and garlic. The shells open up when they are cooked.

this is my favourite dish, normally me and Tham Ciak alone can finish this whole plate...

but some time depend on the cook and the freshness of the lala..

I have tried the Highway Restaurant at Juru. The lala dish is really good ...
