hi there Doc,
i happened to see a documentary film on penang char koay teow and there was this hawker with a manually cranked fan by the stove that he vigorously works on at various stages of frying the ingredients. i don't suppose you find that many hawkers cranking it manually, maybe you can tell me where this chap's stall is at in Penang. Thank you.
