Surprisingly, you can get a very good ice kachang at the food court in Gurney Plaza. It is stall 16 in the far left corner, hidden away. The old uncle there is cheerful and always gives a generous serving of ice cream, atap chee and big ang tao. All for rm3. I think it is the best stall in the whole food court.
