Lo Mai Kai

This special dish is not strictly a Penang specialty but can be found in Tim Sam restaurants. I included it as it is my mother in law's specialty and it tastes very good. Glutinous rice steamed together with chinese sausage, egg, chicken meat, shitake mushrooms and chestnuts make a very tempting meal.

Very nice pictures! If I may suggest, you should put up as big a picture you could fit within the margins. They don't do justice to your pix because they're small.
